About
I build developer communities and the programs that make them grow.

For the past decade I've done it from two sides at once: as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft .NET DevRel, where I shipped flagship AI and developer education programs, and as a community builder, where I co-founded REFACTR.TECH and led Women Who Code Atlanta to 5,000+ members.
The through-line in everything I do: I take brand-new programs from blank page to a content engine other teams can plug into. Speaker pipelines, program operating systems, GTM narrative, community lifecycle.
What I've built
Microsoft · Senior Program Manager, .NET DevRel · 2020–2026
Led flagship AI and developer education programs for the .NET community. Notable work included Awesome Copilot (40K+ daily developers, +267% growth), AI Tour (single technical track across 70+ international stops), .NET Day on Agentic Modernization (333% of live-views goal), and AI Hack & Tell (zero-to-one internal AI showcase across 10 of 15 DevRel teams).
REFACTR.TECH · Co-Founder · 2018–present
A 1,500+ member developer learning ecosystem. Four multi-day developer conferences from 2019–2023, recurring Atlanta meetups since 2024, plus a YouTube channel for non-local followers.
Women Who Code Atlanta · Director · 2016–2024
Scaled the chapter to 5,000+ members across 8 years. Designed and delivered 275+ developer education programs across cloud, AI, product, and modern engineering practices, plus two WeRise Tech Conferences (2017, 2018) — the chapter's flagship multi-day event focused on inclusive developer education.
First Data · Senior Product Designer & Product Manager · 2016–2019
Joined as a senior product designer building enterprise payments platforms, then moved into product management.
Atlanta tech community
Volunteer organizing has been a through-line of my decade in Atlanta tech. Alongside Women Who Code Atlanta and REFACTR.TECH, I've served as co-organizer of ATL Angular, Google Developer Group Atlanta (which produces DevFest Atlanta), and Google Women Techmakers (as a Google Ambassador); Curriculum Director and recurring UX Workshop Instructor at Girl Develop It Atlanta.
What I care about now
The same thing I've been chasing for a decade: getting more developers, and especially the next generation of them, building with the most interesting tools of their time. Right now that's AI.
Past speaking includes WeRise Tech diversity panels at DevRel Summit (Seattle) and DevFest Atlanta, plus UX and developer-experience talks at Revolution Conf, All Things Open, and DevNexus.
Atlanta-based, remote-first.
